Buffalo Wild Wings - Hampton

We ordered our food to go and waited 30 minutes before it was ready. Once we got home, we found the fries were almost impossible to chew. I'm not sure if they were old and had been sitting out for a while or if they were just overcooked. Overall, it was definitely not worth it.

The waitstaff were friendly and welcoming. Our hot food and cold drinks arrived quickly. Unfortunately, they were out of the brisket burger that my wife loves, but she enjoyed the other burger option she chose instead. It's hard not to enjoy a meal when you're not paying for it, right? The salad was tasty, although I would have liked it to have a bit more meat and parmesan cheese. The wings were fantastic, and I highly recommend the parmesan garlic wings with blue cheese!

BDubs is always a great choice when dining in, but I wouldn't recommend ordering for delivery. The last time my boyfriend and I ordered, they forgot his side of cheese curds. This time, we were missing our extra ranch cups that we paid for, and the cheese fries barely had any cheese (as shown in the attached photo). If you're craving BDubs, it's definitely worth the trip to the restaurant. The convenience of delivery just isn't worth it given our experience.

I rarely eat at this place but my best friend and I swung by today and was served very well and politely! A man that goes but the name ?Zion? served us. He was very sweet and kind and ready to help up if anything went wrong! I highly recommend him! He was a huge blessing to us.

Ordered 2 large wings package and waited for more than an hour. The store manager was so arrogant that she said we are not sure when the food will be delivered and you can go for a refund if you want. If you want to get food on time then please don't come here.
