I really enjoyed celebrating my birthday at this beautiful location—definitely a place for adults only, with a vibrant and stylish atmosphere!

**Food:** 1/5 - The lasagna was cold and overcooked. **Decor:** 5/5 - The ambiance and decor were beautiful, clean, and lively. **Price:** 1/5 - The quality of the food and portion sizes did not align with the prices. **Customer Service:** 3/5 - The staff were polite and professional, but the food wasn't served hot. My group of six dined at Charlotte's, sitting right by the door. We tried various dishes including fried chicken, baked chicken, seafood lasagna, and spaghetti; unfortunately, the meat was cold and dry due to the excessive heat lamp. Dining at Charlotte’s cafeteria can be hit or miss, and sadly, today was a miss for me! **Overall Score:** 2.5/5

Our experience was not the best. We were among the first to arrive on a Sunday, but the food was cold and appeared to have been sitting out all day. I was dining with five others, and no one was particularly satisfied with their meals. While the service was quite good and the atmosphere was pleasant, the quality of the food needs to improve.

Eating is pretty good, but they never open up in time. they need more respect before the peoples time when many try to support the facility on their lunchtime during the 11:20 clock time frame.

Very nice atmosphere!! I love the different entertainment offered here. It's a very sophisticated vibe. I wish the menu had more selections, but what is available is pretty good. The bar is on point.
