Chuck E. Cheese - Hampton

This restaurant was absolutely spotless and lovely. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive. My son had a wonderful time. Thank you—we'll definitely be returning! The 30-minute drive was well worth it. He played for two hours straight, and since we arrived early, it wasn't crowded at all.

I really appreciated the place being empty; fewer people means fewer germs, which is important to me. However, the machines could use some cleaning because some of them are quite dirty. It’s worth noting that children touch everything, and they're already between 3 and 14 years old, so cleanliness is key. Overall, it’s a great spot for celebrating birthdays, and I really like the card system. The food was good, but I think CC should update the menu to offer more than just pizza—it's been that way for decades. Thank you!

This was my first visit to a Chuck E. Cheese in about twenty years, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, it was far better than I remembered. I brought my son to a birthday party, and the kids had a fantastic time. The staff was quick to assist adults when needed, and the venue was very clean. It wasn’t overly noisy, making it easy to have conversations. Overall, I had a great experience, and my son is already talking about his birthday!

The new guidelines in place demanded that you buy a card and then add money to it to play the children. The game time is based on points or the time you want to play. My grandson and I only had a few minutes between the dates and I told him we could go for about 15 minutes, which wasn't part of one of their plans. So I had to buy a card for more than this time so he can play. Most of the time was not pleasant, because the young lady in the register was rude when the basketball games he wanted to play did not work, so I had to go back and forth to find help as they stood there to look at me and decide each other who wanted to help us. Chuck e-Käse ran off in terms of customer service. I will try again to my grandson's sake and hope that next time will have a better experience.

My son wanted to come here for dinner for his birthday, and I was shocked at how clean the place is and how friendly the employees are. Their kid safety check process made me feel comfortable letting my children run around. We ordered dinner for a family of five (three adults and two kids) and paid for unlimited games for both kids for 30 minutes, and our total came out to right around $100 which is a great value. The whole facility was sanitary and inviting, the food was reasonably quick and the kids loved it, and we could even pause the play time to sit down to eat and resume it afterwards with no penalty! We will definitely be back and I hope more people read this review and decide to give this place a visit with their kids!
