This place has some really good chickens and waffeln. very friendly staff too. will be coming back in any case

I don't write many critikens, but I do it for chucks because it's an outstanding place. the best thing about chucks is customer service. every time I eat there, the staff was very friendly and nice. this is not only a run of the mill in court, but beyond and beyond. they will have a good conversation with them, make sure that eating is to their taste, and make sure they feel appreciated as an enquiry. we want to come back. eating is almost as good as customer service. The huh is so crispy and well seasoned that it's gone from my teller before I know it. the mac and the cheese and the roasted okra met the point. the only criticism I have is that it can take some time to get her food, but I will create it before eating. keep them the great work chuck’s!

This restaurant is a decent choice with a laid-back atmosphere. I really enjoyed the fried shrimp and hush puppies, but the fish was just average. When I return, I'll definitely order the shrimp again and I’m also interested in trying the gizzards. The staff was friendly and polite, and the place was clean with a pleasant aroma. I would give it 4.5 stars because they didn’t have the waffle fries I was hoping for and the fish wasn’t anything special. Overall, it’s worth a visit, especially if you’re interested in unique items like chicken gizzards and chicken livers, since not many places offer those.

I've visited this restaurant several times, so I was ready for a wait. What I didn't anticipate was spending an hour and 23 minutes for bland fish and mediocre sides. If I have to wait that long, the food should really be outstanding. A little extra effort on the plate would make it feel less like I've wasted my time and money. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit, even though the staff is very polite.

My visit was unfortunate. The customer service was disappointing they seemed confused along with nonchalant. It was my first time there so I had questions, unfortunately the workers could not fully answer my questions. I brought a “homemade dessert” (did not taste homemade to me) the menu board says one price I was charged another. I asked why I was charged more than what the menu board says, the reply was a shrug of the shoulders “that’s the way the owner has it set up”. Okay so false advertisement is one issue. Next my husbands chicken was PINK yuck needless to say he didn’t eat his meal and my crab cake was mushy. Very disappointing not worth the money they are asking for. MESSAGE to the OWNER I feel like this restaurant was rushed and just thrown together.
