Ricco's Pizza - Hampton

Boneless wings are a bad joke. The cost cutting measures of reducing sauce and cheese have made your pizzas into bread. There were a decent amount of mushrooms. I tried for over an hour to subscribe to your app. It kept rejecting my password choice even though it met all of the requirements and would not continue unless I put in an optional birthday and phone extension.

Please have staff treat customers better. In a empty store and empty drive thru, I was pretty much ignored for a long while, even though my pizza had been ready to go. I even watched as a staff member kept rolling her eyes to the customers on the phone for no reason, are the customers not allowed to call and place a order on the phone? Because that’s how she was acting.

Delivery estimation was 25-35 minutes the pizza showed up an hour after i placed the order. When i called the store they showed no customer service concerns and just simply said your pizza will be out the door next. Then the driver tells me your pizza is hot just the way it is supposed to be in my eyes telling me he delivered my pizza in s timely manner.

There's a man who goes by Daniel an is very disrespectful an rude.. he also has no idea how to handle a pizza. Everytime I have received food from him it's constantly a mess as if he took the time to shake it in the box then deliver it to us. My three year old child could deliver a pizza better. Don't hire someone like that if they can't even simply deliver a pizza. When he isn't delivering my food I basically have a perfect pizza good job the cooks.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered pizza at 7:50p it hung on making order for an hour and some before we called. Once we called, they said that the order was magically cancelled by the employees there because the store closes at 8p for some reason, so the money we had designated to spend was now in refund hell for 3-5 business days.
