Wendy's - Hampton

Most of the time I get the spicy ? chicken combo. It has just right amount of spiciness to the sandwich, enough to feel the sting but not so much that you're desperate for a drink. The natural lemonade is my favorite?. Truthfully, this is one of my favorite fast food places. The burgers, the salads, baked potatoes and we'll, most of their menu is good to me. I hope you all enjoy as well.

There is always one employee working the drive thru with a nasty attitude to ruin it for everyone. I asked the sweet young lady for my receipt, and the guy handing out the food responds with an attitude that it was in the bag. I had looked in my bag before I requested it. I don't know why this location never gives out receipts unless you ask for it, but I shouldn't receive any pushback for asking for one. As a customer, I should automatically get it to ensure what I was quoted is what was charged to my card. I try to be nice to all food service workers because it's not easy working the lunch crowd, but that guy really ruined what should have been a very pleasant experience. It was an A and B conversation between the young lady working the window and myself, then old bitter Bob had to C his way into the situation and be rude doing it.

I ordered a special lemonade in a size large and was given a medium size drink cup and was told that it was the biggest size they could give me in their lemonade specialty drinks and the large cup was for sodas only. So when i addressed the situation the older woman asked me (would i like her to put my drink in a bigger cup to make me feel better) i stated yes because i paid for a large drink and only received a medium ... i felt like she got over on me being that im a pretty frequent customer who orders the same every visit.And then i went to another wendy's and ordered the same drink in a large and received that drink in a large. So yeah she got over on me!

This location constsntly gets my order wrong. Im done going here.

I didn't have my wallet so I was planning to pay by phone. They wouldn't take me at the register when the kiosks wouldn't accept the payment.. instead they told me I needed to go through the drive-thru. I'd hate to think what would happen if I was blind or didn't have a car.
