Meschutt Beach Hut - Hampton Bays

The food is mediocre and overpriced. The seating areas are not well cleaned and there was crumbs and old pieces of food everywhere, not a pleasant dining atmosphere. I don't recommend coming here for a real dining experience, but if your in need of food and want a nice view this may be your place.

This is actually called Tiki Joe's, it stopped being the Beach Hutt a few years back. Google, if you are reading this, please update your map. It's a great addition to a beautiful beach. Tiki Joe's has a restaurant, ice cream stand, beach shop, bar and live bands at night. There is plenty of seating and parking but you need to pay to park if you come before 5 pm during the summer. The only down side are the bathrooms. Only 2 stalls and one sink for the women, which is challenging for a place with a bar! Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Really standard beach fare in terms of taste or ambiance. Took some time for the food to come out but thats a given due to it being the last few weeks of summer and the beach being packed. Would not recommend the Caesar wrap unless you like having huge hard croutons in every bite (more croutons than chicken). All was forgiven though because the cheeseburgers were alright and the beach was as good as ever.

Great place for kids and adults...Joes tiki bar is awesome and provides for the adult side if the equation!
