Birkenhof U. Familie Fichtner - Hanau

After a great cruise from mideterrenian, who departed to drive in Europe in the small town, came over this excellent hotel that have a restaurant, never thought I would be so beautiful eet. enough to say I am from the Caribbean lowland speciality to eat it. injuring calf liver a total wow. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture.

Birkenhof is an old-fashioned hotel, so we were surprised at dinner. the dishes were modern and tasty, in all of them there were various consistency (soft, crispy, .. and various flavors (sour, salty, sweet, ... I had the earlylings garden for...appetizer, it was very pleasant with various sweet prepared for different ways, e.g. small slang of the carrots sorbet. for the main course I took the rabbit, also very good. I recommend the restaurant very much!

After a long journey to get there, decided to eat. the meal was very good, the waiter was quite busy as he also received on his own cover. everything went smoothly, although it was nice to relax.

This is the second trip where I stayed in this hotel. everything was super clean, the staff is super friendly. Today I have eaten here and was so impressed. in which the local population comes here for dinner. I think there is only one handful of guests in the hotel, but the restaurant is packed!
