Queen City Burger - Hancock

I received soggy fries and a burger that had ketchup on it when it was specifically asked that there be no ketchup. Wet fries and an inedible burger is not a meal that will ever get me eat here again.

For how many great things I've heard about this place I was excited to try it. The service was good , flavor was alright but very disappointed in how small and dry the steakhouse burger was for the price. I was also excited for fresh mushrooms, sadly they are canned..

This burger place is amazing. me and my 3 friends have been going to this place for a few days now, we have really enjoyed the burgers and the side options they have. Don't listen to Ty McCrum. we went friday and he got a jucy lucy and he said he loved it

Amazing burgers. I ordered their breakfast burger and the burger patty and egg was cooked perfectly. The speed of service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend and I am planning on returning many more times.
