I ordered green beans for air shipment to us in Hong Kong. Everything went smoothly. Beans arrived in a week and we are enjoying great coffee now. Special mention for Albert who patiently answered all my questions by email and ensured timely shipping and delivery. Thanks for the great customer service Albert!
Refused to send coffee after my payment... We tried to buy green coffee beans for home and were not able to visit the place due to the current situations and restrictions, so spoke via emails with Albert. First we thought the replies via emails seemed kind of rude just due to language barrier, but .. Mr. Albert was asking to send him money ahead of he shared any picture of coffee beans. He asked to pay immediately even before he made an offer, repeatedly was saying to check his previous emails, when I was telling him I received none and no attachments. And when I made a payment for coffee, after receiving the picture of the box and invoice, he asked me to wait twice for DHL settling the documents (maybe he forgot, that he already confirmed to me that documents were prepared). When I asked not to make any delay and to visit his office shop store, he refused, called me rude and refused to send coffee. Currently I paid more than $500 and received no product, no tracking number and got called rude. Sad story. If anyone who is reading this suffered in any similar way, please leave a comment to me, we can cope with this difficult situation together.
Absolutely rude. called to ask about their green coffee beans and the guy refuses to give any details about the coffee, and yelled but first how much do you want to every question I asked.
