Springs Deli Cafe - Hanmer Springs

Lovely staff, good food! My only recommendation would be that when I ordered a dairy-free smoothie, it unfortunately did have dairy as I discovered half way through and have been a bit sick as a result! There is a chance I could've been more clear but I do think perhaps extra care needs to be taken in regards to allergies, especially with more severe reactions than mine!

Nice pizza,but fries were undercooked and customer service from the waiter was terrible.

We have eaten at Springs Deli many times in the past. We were quite shocked this morning to find it had changed completely since last Canterbury Show Weekend (2016) I ordered the waffles with bacon banana. The waffles were soft doughy. Very disappointing. The vanilla Chai Latte was really good. Will go back for the Chai but not the food

We loved our breakfast so much on sat we had to come back on Sunday! !! Loved the food, amazing coffee! And lovely staff! Thank you! Totally recommend! !

Awful experience today. Walked in stood at the counter, reading the drinks board. The two women didn 't even approach the counter to take my order, they were too busy standing in the background, having a good old conversation with one another. Didn 't even look at me! I was fuming! Stormed off was nearly out the door when one of them called, Thank you! Who does that?! You don 't bother to serve me, but you thank me when I leave?! I lost my temper (rightfully so) called back, Thanks for the great service! You could have at least stopped talking to serve me! The dark headed woman looked shocked tried to say something, but I walked out the door. And I will never be walking back in. Far from impressed.
