Feedback gevenI ordered a pizza on a day with very icy driving conditions, so I anticipated a longer delivery time. When the pizza arrived, the driver apologized for the wait, but I assured him I understood. Later, I checked my email and was pleasantly surprised to find I had received 60 points due to the delay in receiving my pizza. I have to say, I’m really impressed. I order from Domino's quite often, and it’s clear that their customer service is top-notch.
I encountered an issue where my order was not delivered and it took a week to receive my refund. The district manager, Heather, handled the situation exceptionally well. I can't comment on the other employees, but AJ was fantastic. Thank you, Heather, for your assistance; it truly means a lot to me, especially being homeless, and that $20 really makes a difference.
The food is excellent, and the delivery drivers are very friendly. Overall, the service is outstanding.
Great delivery, order was hot a real, customer seller would have had better customer sales hospitality skills.
