Usually great, but they were out of Onion Rings and Prime Rib, on a Friday night!

The restaurant review is as follows: The view of the river from our whirlpool suite was beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. The jacuzzi in the room was amazing. We were able to visit many historical sights and enjoy the promenade. There were stairs to climb and key codes for the entrance, which added to the charm of the place. I wish I had known about the brick oven restaurant below, as I would have preferred to dine there instead. If I ever find myself in Hannibal again, I would definitely stay here.

7/23/21 My sister I chose Riverside to have lunch together. Clean relaxing atmosphere, excellent service. Both our meals were delicious priced right for the large portions. Each of us having July birthdays, we enjoyed a luscious surprise birthday dessert. Thank you Riverside employees for making our birthday luncheon a pleasant experience!

The river views are amazing from the room and the inn is an easy walk to Historic Hannibal. The rooms are clean and include a steel door to help reduce the train and river noise in the bedroom. Unfortunately the walls between the rooms are paper thin. The neighbors snoring was loud enough to wake me at 4 am. Then the other neighbor turned on their TV for me to enjoy QVC. Bring earplugs if you want any sleep.

The staff at the restaurant were very kind and welcoming. The jacuzzi was amazing, but unfortunately there were no safety features for older guests. Also, the room did not have a balcony as mentioned in the advertisement.
