Eating and the weeping here weren't great. of the people on my table I heard that the pizza was bad. I had the fish that was good, but nothing special
The sign saying Pizzeria put me off this place a little bit because it gave me the impression of a lesser place, but inside it is much nicer than the sign suggests. The place was not too busy, I think because it is just on...the edge of the city centre so maybe gets a little less traffic, so we got a table and ordered starters and mains. All of the food was pretty good but I noticed that those dishes ordered off the “special” list seemed to generally have a bit more about them so I would suggest if something takes your fancy there then go for it over something off the fixed menu. The service was good – not constantly fussing but always nearby when needed, a nice balance. Overall good place with a nice atmosphere and good food – would eat here again for sure.
In hannover for a trade fair (which otherwise came in contact with a German colleague with this restaurant very close to the city. all people working here are Italian (they still communicate in Italian). I have a pizza. I must say that was not a perfect pizza, but was much more like the original than I expected. only to say: the pizza dough lacked something salt, and the parma ham slices were too thick (aaargh! what a terrible mistake, but maybe they fit the German taste. Anyway, an Italian guy can't forgive it. also other dishes looked like Italian dishes. at the end a resonable italian (gastronomic) flag in hannover.
Here for lunch in hannover and well received. kellner seem to be able to speak several languages (our fluent in English, French, German courteous, friendly service and nothing seemed much annoying. good choice of dressing on the menu and the happy Italian...orientated and not top hard with the usual repatoire of carving dishes! we chose the Argentine filetto (one with Funghi/Mushrooms and the other with gorgonzola) and both were excellent and cooked for perfection. each filet was served with a small selection of vegetables and a selection of kartoffels. also the panna cotta desert was excellent. the prices are very reasonable 64 euro for 2 persons, including half a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, a grappa coffee and a desert. for the warmer days there is also a large outdoor terrace. While it is not special dishes that are labeled as gluten-free, it is certainly possible to eat here and choose something that is suitable from the existing menu.
