Cafe Spesso - Hannover

Appalling service …..The venue was not too busy when i arrived approx 18:30. Sat down inside and the serving staff totally ignored me despite two or three of them just stood chatting and laughing right in front of me. The lady that seemed to be the supervisor just looked straight at and through me without offering to assist. It was only after i “ raised”my voice , waved my hands about and kicked up a fuss that someone came to take my order. The food was nothing special. Once again the service was one of the worst i have ever experienced …..would hate to think that i experienced this bad service because i am a “ person of colour”. Several caucasian customers arrived after me and were serviced and served much much quicker.

Good pizza and Nice service. We stoped after a plain flight for eating before driving and it was a good surprise

Nice chilling place with friends. Take a coffee, eat some ice cream and enjoy just sitting outside with friends.

The pizzas are really recommended: freshly baked in a stone oven, very tasty! The vegetables are fresh and not from the can. The ambience has been very successful since the new opening, really cozy and the lighting is well done. The service staff is a little tiresome, but beautiful and striving. Perfect to leave the evening with friends or as a couple!

Beautiful location with good value. Large selection of drinks and food, from breakfast, cakes to pizza and burgers is everything to have. Beautiful large outer surface (on cold days with hot spots) with a view of life on the Nolte. Good to reach by train and bus.
