Feedback geven“Economic miracle” and I held a minimalist “critical meeting” at the la cocina in Hanover. A beautiful discovery of WW! Attention: The village is located in Königstraße (yes – Hanover also has a “KÖ”!!! – i.e. among other things parking search and if you have found one: city financing by parking fee. The la cocina itself is actually a cooking school, but also the term “experience gastronomy” perhaps when a cook Noviz swings so beautifully into the finger... You cannot stop the bleeding and then a RTW (vulgo ambulance - well that is an experience... but that is not about this (to be serious again). The la cocina offers only lunch table at 12:00 15:00, the dishes change weekly. To load the cook crew during the day – a clever idea. The kitchen is Mediterranean oriented. The ambience is indeed modern, the temperatures correspond, you can sit outside (but the traffic goes accordingly. The tables are not covered, but you can find WMF salt and pepper mills, with WMF cutlery espresso sauce (of course: WMF . Miele WMF seems to be “sponsoring” here. Why not WMF or Miele napkins??? The service was made by a attentive young lady, very nice to see, everything went forward, even as the number of guests rose. The welcome very friendly, and since I was a bit too early, I ordered a bottle H2O “with”, brand Westfalenborn 0.7 f. 6,20 (ambitated...), which came to the table quickly and well cooled. “WW” arrived shortly and for our lunch we ordered: semi-brushed steak from the blue Atlantic Marlin (for safety reasons we had added “spearfish”, on Kichererbsenmus – orientally spiced, grated cauliflower on a saffron limon air (13,90). Shortly after the order we got some bread (land bread, outside beautifully crusty, inside nicely soft juicy, beautifully spicy in taste plus a balsamico olive oil mixture. For two people, a common scrub – this is something “unfortunate”, only if it is on the table in the middle. Sep. kl. Schälchen Balsamico Oil on a Menagere – this would be better suited here. It suffered anyway. Our food was served after less than 15 minutes, beautifully dressed. The marlin was well cooked, slightly glazed inside, partly on the edge even raw. Very delicious. The chickpea was tasty, but certainly had a clear proportion of potatoes – under an oriental flavor I understand something else – but the composition with the herbs was very well matched. A (Deco cherry tomatoes, with a small half red bed, a few inlaid “Silver Onions”, the cauliflower al dente. The saffron limonz air perfectly rounded. Lunch – at a very high level, freshly prepared. All right. It's 4.5 for food in relation. The PLV is here. Finally we enjoyed an espresso (2,20) – the price goes so cheap for the interior of Hanover. The PLV is absolutely right for the quality offered. Cleanliness inside and outside was absolutely ok, “W” can certainly say something about the villages. Conclusion: definitely back
Das "Wirtschaftswunder" und ich haben heute ein minimalistisches "Kritiker Treffen" in la cocina in Hannover abgehalten. Eine schöne Entdeckung von WW! Achtung: die Lokalität liegt in der Königstraße (ja - auch Hannover hat eine "KÖ"!!! - d.h. Parkplatzsuche und City Funding via Parkgebühr. Das la cocina selbst ist eigentlich eine Kochschule, führt aber auch die Bezeichnung "Erlebnisgastronomie". Das Restaurant bietet nur Mittagstisch von 12:00 bis 15:00 Uhr an, die Gerichte wechseln wöchentlich. Die mediterran orientierte Küche bietet eine clevere Idee, um die Kochcrew tagsüber auszulasten. Das Ambiente ist innen sachlich modern, draußen kann man bei entsprechenden Temperaturen sitzen (allerdings rauscht der Verkehr vorbei). Der Service wurde von einer jungen, netten Dame bewerkstelligt, alles ging flott voran. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Zum Lunch bestellten wir halbroh gegartes Steak vom blauen Atlantik Marlin auf Kichererbsenmus, sautiertem Blumenkohl an einer Safran Zitronenluft. Das Essen wurde schnell serviert und war sehr lecker. Der Marlin war gut gegart und das Kichererbsenpüree schmackhaft. Die Komposition mit den Kräutern war gut abgestimmt. Das Mittagsgericht war auf hohem Niveau und frisch zubereitet. Der Espresso war ebenfalls gut und der Preis für Hannover Innenstadt durchaus günstig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Die Sauberkeit im Innen- und Außenbereich war ebenfalls in Ordnung. Fazit: Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!
