We have been with a friend here, she was already often in the shimmer and recommended it.Also we were thrilled and found the food great. in the part of the city you don't suspect such a class restaurant - it is also really nicely decorated. the service is great and it is very much received by the guests. with good weather you can also sit outside.
We enter a bright, modern and yet cozy restaurant with the partly loving accesoires, which is easily accessible via a corresponding ramp with the wheelchair. the terrace also offers for the summer some places to eat and drink under the free sky. the service receives (and serves) the gas very friendly. the menu is clearly held but offers something for every taste. suppen, salad, seasonal specialties, fish, steak, wild and some non-common burger variations (e.g. the bayernburger with leberkäse, sweet senf and kraut for 12.90 €). that stinte is on the map, so it is adjusted at regular intervals of the season. our tomato cream soup is a successful start. we decide for fish as main dish: stinte (super crispy) with potato tamph (from fresh potatoes) and bonsalat with red tweezers. Overall, eating is very well prepared and presented, but I had to season. as dessert there is a teller with self-baked small wind bags and a mokkaeis. physalis and blueberries (lecker and a sin worth).
Super selection, always moderate. great service and as well as the cover and deko, you feel comfortable; and that near the stones of the hooks. the serviekraft a knower of the wine and spirituosenwelt. we drank a biological demeter wine from rheinhessen from the weingut gustavshof, a white burgundy great quality for very close € 19,00. the plentiful platers, were warm and very well dressed. for us there was a very delicious, very green black cream soup of the best quality, after which, because the time of the stint prevails, a very generous stint plate with potato salad and crisp vegetables. on the point was the wonderful fish fried and so beautifully pre-exposed that he could be fed with "skin and hair". also the dessert glass was delicious filled with a roasted mandel splinter topping. better isn't going anymore. to the conclusion we were offered top brandies from franken, which are otherwise not to get because it is a small manufactory. from williams christ, over to forest-himbeere, hauszwetschge to the nutella-like walnut spirit and at 40% and civilian unit price. we are coming back and bringing people to know this, just as we are. many thanks to woman sander and team
You do not expect in this opposite of hannover with a good, grounded restaurant. the facility is made nice, the staff is friendly. the beer - from a small South German brewery - is delicious. the garnels and the horse-hairs were very good. the bees were unfortunately drowned in too much and much too liquid sauce.
