We were there for one night, but we were absolutely fallen in love and will be back. The menu is vegan to begin with now, if desired, you can add meat to some of the dishes. But in general everything was planned vegan. We had 2 appetizers, 1 main dish and 1 dessert to share it was more than enough for both of us. The dishes looked small first, but they are really satisfying. Everything was seasonal and regional, with great twists (red sage has bleeded my mind completely). The choice was 3 appetizers and 6 7 main dishes, plus 3 desserts. As already mentioned, vegan is clearly marked and not vegan food is only made when you order the meat extra. I didn't see any vegetarian options in the dinner menu. If you stay at the hotel, breakfast is included and it has many vegan options (vegetarian and meat options as well as unfortunately). Also the croissants were vegan, many spreads, a vegan cheese, bread and bread rolls, jams and a kind of porridge, a granola bar, vegan yogurt etc. You can also choose your type of favorite coffee and favorite milk. The staff was very sensitive to allergies and will do everything according to your needs. If your need is just that you want vegan food, they have covered you without extra effort. There you can also book a fully vegan weekend.

Wir waren bereits mehrfach vor Ort und haben einmal übernachtet. Die Lage ist wunderschön idyllisch und das Essen ist hervorragend. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich Fleisch oder Fisch zu bestellen, da die Gerichte ansonsten vegan sind. Die Art der Gerichte gehört zur gehobenen Gastronomie. Einfach nur empfehlenswert: gemütlich, freundlich und super lecker.

Das Abendessen war kreativ, einmal etwas ganz anderes und köstlich! Zum Frühstück gab es viele vegane Optionen.
