One of the best Hotels I stayed in, once in Hanoi a must to visit bang in the centre and 5 star all the way. The service is good 100% and good staff throughout. A tour of the underground shelter is a must with a great guide not to be missed Enjoy

An iconic 5 star hotel filled with tons of historical old colonial French charm. The service from beginning to end of my stay was heavenly. Sofitel Legend Metropole is a MUST stay when visiting Hanoi! Kudos to all the staff from the doormen, to the Club Lounge staff, my butler Quán, waitress Le Beaulieu LAN, Yen the bomb shelter tour guide ALL the staff that made my stay ‘Perfect’ a big ‘merci beaucoup!!’ My prestige suite is absolutely AMAZING!!! The staff are meticulous to details are passionate about their job service with a heart genuine smile!!! LUV LUV LUV my stay!!! Sofitel Legend Metropole thanks for such an iconic stay!!

This is a beautiful hotel. We dined in the Vietnamese Restaurant and the buffet was superb. The staff were very friendly and the range of food was exceptional. I would recommend dining here when visiting Hanoi.

We had dinner in the Spices Garden restaurant were very impressed with the entire experience. The decor of the Metropole was superb, the staff were so friendly, yet highly professional the food was exceptional! We would highly recommend will go again.
