The owner is beautiful and she recommended us dishes that were some of the best things we ate in Vietnam. Great mix of locals and expats. The daily menu always changes and never disappoints. Try the mustard rolls!
I highly recommend the mustard rolls, grilled eggplant with spring onion and mixed noodles. Everything was delicious. Clean and friendly staff.
Great food, warm and friendly reception. The banana blossom salad and the spring rolls wrapped in mustard green leaves were delicious. When the owner told me that one of the ingredients in the reels was peanut butter I was not sure how it would work with the other flavors, but I must say it was amazing especially as it mixed with the soy sauce/wasabi diving sauce. I wish I could have come back. A must next time in Ha Noi.
She recommended the mustard leaf rolls and they were amazing! Item no. 7 (not pictured as there was already a ton on here) Don’t be fooled. There’s no mustard flavour. It’s like a peanut sauce wrap with tofu and veggies. Soooo yummy. The tofu and tomato was tasty as well as the noodles.
Was staying at Elegant Suites Westlake in the Tay Ho District and wanted to try a nearby Vegan restaurant without driving into the Hanoi Old Town. Was a bit of a risk as there were no reviews on Happy Cow but was delighted to discover this fully vegan gem! The owners were two women (possibly Mother and Daughter). The young woman spoke fluent English and explained the fully vegan menu to us. The more mature lady brought out the food and was super friendly and delightful despite the language barrier. Food was super delicious and we even had the privilege of dining alongside a Buddhist Monk. Highly recommended would definitely go back. The Mustard Leaf Rolls were my favourite!
