Allah Rakha - Hanover

So the first time I went, I had table service during dinner and well... it was terrible. This time I came here for a party that a family member had and we got the buffet service and this time was even worse. The food is terrible and that's an understatement. The vegetable curry is basically vegetables floating on oil. It was truly a sight to see, I wish I had taken photos of serving tray but it would've been impolite at the party. Even though that naan was one of the dishes my aunt had included in the buffet, we had remind them at least four or five times to put it out. When it did come out, it was rock hard and cold. The chicken tandoor was bland, biryani was okay and the haleem made many people at the party sick although nothing happened to me. They only had one good item which was the chaat and it was probably good because it wasn't cooked, just boiled. On top of all of this, they didn't have busboys to clean up the dishes and we had to tell the dining room manager many times to get rid of the piles of dirty plates and when he reluctantly did start cleaning up, he was visibly annoyed. I would rate this place but unfortunately yelp pities bad restaurants too m

Needed takeout while staying near BWI the night before a flight. Had the chicken tikka masala delicious! Just the right amount of kick. Plenty of sauce. And got the garlic naan. Holy garlic! But yummy! I'd eat here again if I'm in the area.

I only come to eat here if I'm in the area. All of their buffet menu items are alright... nothing special. I do love their parathas/naan if you order a la carte. It is a clean and well kept establishment which is a plus.

We came here for a wedding, and it was my first time here. This review is in regards to their catering and events. First off, the venue is really nice and clean for an intimate desi wedding. It's very bright with a stage. They have light effects as well built into their ceiling. You're allowed to do your own custom decor and turn the place into however you want it. In regards to the food, I thought it was all really delicious. Everyone around me agreed as well. In regards to event food, please note that it is very different than normal menu items and are custom made. I have never had their lunch or dinner and plan on trying it one day. Overall beautiful wedding and I'd recommend hosting an event here. My relatives who held the event didn't have any complaints either

This restaurant is in fact open, I thought that they were decent until i read the reviews. I went for the lunch buffet, which was very affordable. It was typical Indian/Pakistani food, nothing outta the ordinary.
