Baja Fresh - Hanover

I initially thought the restaurant was closed when I arrived, but I ended up having a delightful evening meal with a delicious burrito. The food was fresh and hot, although the chips seemed stale as they had been sitting out for a while. The variety of salsas offered was great. The restaurant wasn't the cleanest, but it also wasn't overly dirty. It seemed like the tables hadn't been properly cleaned for other customers.

Baja fresh is the best casual Mexican place, hands down. the salsa bar is exquisite. a steak burrito ultimo is overflowing with steak positiw.

I tried the crispy wahoo, grilled wahoo, and a plain grilled chicken taco. I opted to skip the avocado. The tacos were just okay, nothing special. The wait time was reasonable and there were plenty of seats available. The salsa bar had good variety.

The experience was average. Many of the tables were dirty. The food was satisfactory, nothing outstanding, but also not terrible.

Delicious Tex-Mex! Been here for quite some time but food seems higher quality than years past (was good before but now it's pretty great).
