Chick-fil-a - Hanover

I went to the Hanover PA location and my fries were burned and tasted like day old oil. The grilled chicken was hard and charred.

Always full.take out line goes fast..staff is friendlyVegetarian option: Salads

Too busy very slow to get your order food was wrong. Customer service was good but was a pain to have to go back in and get corrected after waiting so long to order and get the food in the first place.

I get the same meal for breakfast every day at chik fila now suddenly they tell me they can't change the yellow egg to egg whites today wanna then get smart about it. I will never go back to this location.

I know a lot of people really like Chick-fil-A including my kids and grandkids. The three stars are for them. They would have given five. I have tried them over and over. Each time they are mediocre.
