Dairy Queen (treat) - Hanover

They still serve Orange Julius, which many people are taking to go. Because of this, I will give them a 5-star rating forever!

I can't provide specific details because the restaurant closed early while I was waiting for my wife to arrive so we could order together. I challenged them to show their scheduled closing time, but the owner claimed there were no reservations. In less than five minutes, they turned away 8 customers. The pandemic seems to have led to a lack of customer service in many companies, and this experience is just another example of laziness.

Located inside the mall, this restaurant is slightly pricier compared to standalone stores and offers a less diverse menu selection. During our visit, the strawberry and pineapple toppings used in our banana split seemed to be past their prime, with a sour taste and faded color. Even the banana appeared to be aged. Ultimately, we had to pick around most of the ingredients in the dessert, rendering it disappointing. However, the staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, we would not recommend a visit unless the nearby Dairy Queen is closed.

They’re always sold out of everything the lady making the hotdogs very rude

Told me they didn’t have cherry dipped cones.Service is horrendously slow….
