Firehouse Subs Hanover Shoppes

We've been here twice now, and it seems like our go-to lunch spot after leaving Lowe's. The food is really delicious, and I love that the proceeds support firefighters and safety awareness initiatives.

This was my first trip to a Firehouse Subs and it will definitely be my last. The staff was extremely unfriendly and obviously bad to be there. A sub was not done as I asked. The food was mediocre. The biggest waste of $50 I've ever spent.

I always get the hook and ladder salad. It's just so good, especially with their house dressing. They did make it without green peppers, by our request. I'm glad they got our order correct.

Rude customer service. Food is so so (not worth the $50 I spent for a family of four). When I told an employee that their soda machine didn?t taste right, he literally just shrugged at me. No apology or that he can?t fix the machine or anything. Will notreturn.

Stopped here twice and it looks like it will be our lunch destination when we leave Lowe's. Really great food and money goes to fire fighters and safety awareness programs.
