The Prime Rib At Live! Casino - Hanover

The whole experience was fabulous everyone was so nice especially our server Tom. He made my small birthday celebration special it was just my mom and I. Thank you to Tom and everyone who made my day extra special without even knowing they did.

We always enjoy The Prime Rib at Maryland Live! Casino. This time however, not so much. Love the bar, the bartender was great, made a wonderful dirty gin martini. The service in the restaurant started out quite nicely until we were informed that the service was now going to suffer because a large party was due in and they would receive the bulk of the attention. What?!! But we were warned and it's exactly what happened. We lost our appetite when we couldn't get our server, any server, to come to our table. We packed up the wine finally got their attention and took our meal to go, and our wine to the bar. Pretty sure we won't be back for restaurant dining. The bar, however, yes top of our list! Prime Rib you have a reputation do better! All patrons are important.

Overall, it was a nice restaurant, but I expected a much better tasting steak. It was very tender but was overcooked and not as flavorful as I would have expected. But it was my fault for not sending it back. The sides were tasty.

Planned a great anniversary dinner at the Prime Rib Md Live. What I did not know was this was not affiliated with th Balto and DC location. The service was excellent but found out they do not honor gift cards from the main location. They basically are not the same restaurant only allowed to use the name. So was very disappointed that my $300 gift card was not accepted. Food was very un impressive. No char on my fatty gristle rib eye. I guess I paid $350 for a few drinks and a baked potato.

Server Flower, was excellent. Food was good. The crab cakes were fire. The Tomahawk wasn't anything special, no spices just seared meat and for the price that was a waste. Everything else was fantastic.
