Domino's Pizza - Hanson

The food we ordered was prepared promptly and it was absolutely delicious.

We've been ordering from this restaurant for a while because it's close to home and affordable, but the quality of the food is consistently disappointing. Sometimes I wonder if they actually dislike me! The pizzas are often burnt, and the garlic bites are so dry that they're barely edible. I've tolerated this without saying anything, but it feels like I experience the same issues every time I order. Today, I specifically requested extra sauce on my hash browns, but this is not what I meant! We could hardly eat it because it was so overloaded. It's just a huge disappointment each and every time.

I would rate this restaurant less than one star if I could. For the past few months, we've encountered numerous order mix-ups and service issues at this location, which used to be our go-to spot. During our most recent visit, we placed an order just 15 minutes before closing time. As vegetarians, we ordered a veggie pizza, but it arrived topped with sausage. When we pointed this out, the staff informed us that they couldn’t redo the order because they were closing. To make matters worse, a staff member made an unnecessary racist comment, which forced us to call the authorities. My suggestion is that they should avoid accepting last-minute orders. If they do, they should double-check the order list before shutting down the kitchen.

Just had the MANAGER yell and scream at me ,swearing at me that I didn 't order correctly, I said I understood if a mistake was made I know the were busy and he just berated me over the phone .. Horrible customer service..I have been in customer service for 45 years and never ,ever would talk to any customer the way he did..

Absolutely don’t eat the food here!! Wish I could give it zero stars. My seven year daughter and I got violently sick after eating a couple slices each
