Feedback gevenI waited for five minutes at the order screen and was told to hold on for a few more minutes. Unfortunately, I don't have that kind of time, and they didn't even take my order. Does it really take thirty seconds to pour a coffee? That seems unrealistic! I felt like the staff completely forgot I was there. Today's customer service definitely left something to be desired.
Every time I place an order, I don't receive what I actually ordered. More often than not, there's a 50/50 chance of getting what I want, and even then, it may not include all the ingredients I requested. Lately, it's just been a waste of money.
In my last three visits to Country Style, I bit into my Sunrisers bagel only to discover several strands of hair mixed in with my sandwich. I observed that the employees at the counter, especially the female staff, do not wear hair nets or gloves while preparing and serving the food.
They put meat twice when we asked for a vegetarian breakfast sandwich. We have some good meals, but we don't go there anymore.
Best breakfast and coffee ands down. Been coming here since 2014, never disappointed
