Kingswood B.b.l. - HANWELL

Disgusting food, disgusting service. When you go into a restaurant where there is only one other set of people who are already eating and you can't get through an appetizer and dessert in 1Hr 10 min there has to be something wrong.Waitress failed to tell me about the daily specials, one of which I would have ordered. I had a hard time finding anything appetizing on the menu and couldn't ask the waitress because she wasn't around for 15 min. then I waited another 20 min to get my meal which was served on a board.Couldn't eat half of it as the tacos contained items not listed on the menu, but to which I am allergic. Had to dump it out on the board to separate out those items. I still had 35 min before my meeting and thought I had time to get a dessert, Nope. Nothing showed up at 10 to so I cancelled that. Went into a three hour meeting starving.

Due to I wanted bed clothes changed . And didnt happen. And waited for towels till after noon. But have to say nice up to date and enjoyed our stay and loved the bar.

Great food and yhe staff are very nice.
