Wendy's - Hapeville

Staff is wonderful! The young men who do the food after 5 is professional. Keep up the good work!

Hey... Y'all... So I gave this Wendy's 3 stars because of Customer Service Scenery. I have received subpar service from various shifts of theirs, most fast food restaurants make sure their breakfast crew is A1 (they do too). I feel like the scenery there could be more modern, thoughtful and they definitely need more lighting. They're up the street from the original Chick-fil-A, across the street from Porsche; I think they should definitely care about their appearance, and customer experience. To be honest the food has never been an issue for me Wendy's (except when they're out of baked potatoes), I love the value I get for my money and they're delicious LEMONADES. IF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE MATCH THEIR FOOD THEY'LL BE DOING GOOD, MAYBE I WON'T JUST STOP BY WHEN I'M TIRED OF/line is long CHICK-FIL-A!!! The new pretzel pub Burger has become my new favorite besides the Baconator, is Simply delicious. I wanted it with a chili cheese baked potato, but had to settle for chili cheese fries.

This location is so much more precise with your order than the other Hapeville location. The food is fresh and service is fast. They don't run out of food or drinks.

Terrible, slow service from unfriendly employees. Considering it's fast food, I dont expect a lot for service... but this food is inexcusable. I stopped by for a quick lunch today during my break and got a salad that is absolutely DISGUSTING. The lettuce is brown and wilted, the tomatoes are squishy... even the parmesan cheese is just mush. There is NO WAY I can see this being acceptable to serve to ANY customer. This salad was easily made several days ago. And thanks to the slow service in the drive thru, I don't have time to go get something else. I didn't even bother trying to take it back. It's not worth the risk of getting something worse from this establishment, like food poisoning.

It's a good option when you're looking for something quick and fast, and occasionally you might get hot, fresh fries if you're lucky.
