Arby's - Happy Valley

Food had been consistently good ordering through the drive through the last couple of times last month and this month.

Went by around 5pm. Lights on and sat in drive thru but no one working. Ended up going to 5 guys.

Friendly staff and fast accurate service. I've had trouble with this location before with them being rude and missing items from my order, but the last three times I've been there have been amazing. I think they've scheduled management there more frequently and hired new employees, because they've shown a complete 180 in terms of service, friendliness and accuracy. My family and I appreciate the change.

I will never come back this place they are rude disrespectful never give complete order lazy you deserve to be shut down I award -260 stars

Terrible place don't go here employees are rude the place was filthy and my wife ended getting food poisoning from here ended up in the hospital
