Five Guys - Happy Valley

I'm a bit disappointed by my recent experience at this Five Guys. The fries only filled the cup and there were none in the bag! Otherwise, it would have been a five-star experience!

I don’t understand the hype surrounding their burger and fries, and honestly, getting peanuts beforehand doesn’t impress me at all.

The restaurant was as busy as ever, but there’s no reason for one staff member to be rude to their coworkers. Everyone was putting in a lot of effort, and it was quite noticeable when they rolled their eyes at incoming orders. It’s clear they were short-staffed, but I was really impressed by how the team handled everything. They worked diligently, managing each order with care. Unfortunately, some customers were a bit impatient, and the tip jar was embarrassingly empty. Overall, the food is always delicious, and the staff remains friendly.

Always great food. It 's worth waiting for. I don 't consider 5Guys as fast food ... They seem short staffed at times but are always friendly.

I love five guys burgers! The portions are enormous! I personally don't care for their fries.. But everything else is fantastic!
