Ruby Thai Kitchen - Happy Valley

My Yakisoba noodles were cooked in old oil, and the chicken was dry. I decided to give it another try today, but unfortunately, I won't be returning.

The food could be fresher, but it is of good quality overall.

The food had the taste of something that had been left out for days—bland, flavorless, and dry. While my wife and I were discussing how unappetizing it was, I discovered a hair in my meal. I returned both dishes and requested a refund, but the staff immediately became defensive and rude. They repeatedly insisted that it wasn't a hair and refused to give us our money back. After a lengthy argument, one of them called the owner, who eventually ordered them to issue the refund. I will never return to this restaurant. It was an absolutely awful experience.

The food is excellent, and they always give generous portions of noodles and chicken. The service is friendly too!

As for vegetarian options, none of the dishes are labeled as vegan, so be sure to ask if you have dietary restrictions.
