Taco Del Mar - Happy Valley

Delicious! I'm definitely going to get the smashed cattle pigs! I think it's the best meat. I love all the free toppings you can add. I always choose cabbage instead of lettuce—once you go cabbage, you won't want to go back to lettuce! The women who work here are so kind and they prepare great food. I eat here at least twice a week. I haven't tried all the tacos, but my siblings and I all love coming here. You have to try the shredded beef taco; you won't regret it!

I tried the lobster and seafood tacos, and they were served cold. They really should have been warm, but they were still good.

I've visited many Taco Del Mars locations in Oregon and Washington, and this one stands out as the best in every way. I've been coming here for several years, especially since the other Portland locations have closed down. Contrary to some other reviews, I have always found the food to be fresh and hot, except for the items that are meant to be served cold, like salsa and lobster. After hundreds of visits, this particular location has never let me down—not something I can say about other TDM locations. The portions are generous, and they are happy to accommodate requests for extra toppings. The taste and freshness are unbeatable, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. The prices are fantastic, and I'm especially looking forward to trying the Daily Specials. I have no desire to go to another restaurant or fast food chain. Why settle for less when you can enjoy the best?

We stop at Taco Del Mar when on the road because the food is fresh and healthy, not just fast. its not knock your socks off delicious, just reliable and nutritious, which is all I really want from fast food. This location happens to be particularly good for us on a route take often. The staff is always friendly and efficient. We’ll be back.
