Instead of paying people you do have to do nothing, and losing business , have a person or two wipe the tables. We won't be back until they get their act together. Someone is losing money.. Good food! No service.
Thanks to chipotles being closed for whatever reason, I went down to Zoe’s for the first time, and it is absolutely delicious, I had the chicken pita with grilled potato salad and a slice of chocolate cake that was so moist. It was from heaven and I can’t wait to go back.
This place has been going down hill for the last few years. It’s a shame, because it used to be really good. There is an obvious lack of care of what comes out of the kitchen. Someone is going to get sick one of these days. Cold chicken on my salad today and the pesto hummus was inedible. It was filled with full stems and strands throughout which I assume come from attempting to purée the stems. I think this might have been my last visit ? I truly used to love their Greek salad but it’s not worth it anymore.
Welcome Zoes to my first unhappy review. My grandson and I went to Zoes today for lunch take out. I had the hummus trio with falafel and ordered shrimp skewers as a side. When we got home, the skewers were missing. I called the restaurant and complained. I was passed to a lady, probably a manager, who implied that I had gotten the order and was trying to fraud them out of a second one. When I pointed out I live on the far west side of Savannah and they are on the far east side, she asked if I would like them at a later time. Really? I go to the east side once every six months for my cancer follow up appointments. I was so insulted I actually got angry and just hung up. (Shame on me. If you go there, be sure to ensure your order is complete before you leave. The one star is not really fair. The food was wonderful.
Have been a zoe’s fan for years, as I lived in Dallas before Savannah even opened a location. The past several times we have gone it has shown it has gone down hill. It is poorly managed, the employees are lazy, the food has slipped. We used to love the take away case of chicken salad and soup. It is perpetually broken. The chicken salad does not taste the same. Hot grilled items are always charred burnt. The franchisee owner needs to get involved and hire better management and get the food back up to par!
