Nice and chilled atmosphere for a relaxing coffee while Christmas shopping

Very good branch with a nice terrace and friendly staff. Great location in a quiet and pedestrian are of Bristol. Plenty of parking around. Hot chocolate came with sprinkles on top by default with no need to ask for it.

Good coffee#1. There is a little terrace next to it and a lot of sofas inside. The coffee and chocolate were amazing. Peaceful place to read or take a coffee studying or just relaxing.

It is alright Coffee#1 in Bristol from the quality perspective but the cafe is really dark and only 2-3 tables got some light which isn't great to enjoy the time during daytime. The biggest problem for me was the service. I have visited that Coffee#1 3 times and each time stuff was swearing really heavily with no reason to other person from stuff next to me and my partner. Once they started signing really loudly and (on purpose? badly and giggling at each other. It's great that you feel free at work but maybe some people would like to just sit and relax a bit in your cafe? Each time I felt we just chosen a bad timing (all 3 visited across 2 years but after the last time we decided to never come back.
