The cafe have a huge choice in beverages, including juice mixes including organic, alcoholic, all coffee which ways; you name it. My flat white was great, it had a bit of head so it might have actually been a latte but the coffee taste itself was surprisingly great. I ordered the stuffed chicken and I couldn't have bragged about it more. Maryland roasted chicken overflowing in stuffed feta and sundried tomatoes, perfect side salad that was spinach, pine nuts and mandarine and a big dollop of homemade pesto IT WAS MAGICAL haha. My partner ordered the calamari which was salty and coated in a really tasty crumb perfect. I was very impressed and it was all relatively cheap too. While you're there, check out the butterfly house, gift shop and plant nursery. Definitely recommend!
Hidden Gem, Very Child Friendly. We found this entirely by accident whilst visiting some cideries in the area. The cafe has a great selection of lunch dishes and the desserts looked interesting. We had the quiche and salad (home made pastry and vegie filling), the beef curry and a little basket of chips. The curry was well balanced spice wise, and the chips perfectly cooked with a good aioli.Service was quick and professional. Serves are on the modest size, but are reasonably priced. It is a very kid friendly venue with a large outdoor area with play equipment, so our 1 year old could let off some steam before lunch. There is also lovely courtyard and inside section. The nursery was worth a look and the gift shop had some lovely things to look at. Combined with the cideries in the area, worth a trip.
