Chipotle Mexican Grill - Harker Heights

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, what’s sad about it, it’s the only one in Killeen/ Harker Heights. Horrible food, always running out of everything, no customer service, inconsistent with staffing…

Always, always, always behind. I don't know if it's a training issue or if Chipotle should open more locations, but anytime during rush hours, expect to wait over an hour and a half.

I had a 4pm order pickup, so my daughter would be able to eat and go to work by 5pm. I was there right at 4 and no food. Waited about 10 min then asked and still wasn't made. At 4:23pm I asked who was in charge and they said the order just had to be bagged which took another 7 minutes because the workers don't care and just carrying on with casual conversations while the people waiting on food orders continued to grow. It is just ridiculous!!!

Employees can be very rude … asked for a spoon because the side was out and I got the nastiest look for just asking for A SPOON !!

Went on 4/21/24 for dinner. The rice was undercooked and still crunchy. I got less than half a scoop of beans and guac for my veggie bowl and they were out of pico and sour cream that I asked for and still charged me full price for my bowl even though they weren’t able to provide everything for it. My husband also said the chicken he got was disgusting and full of fat and no actual meat. They were also out of lids for the bowls.
