Club Fuego - Harker Heights

I would give this club zero stars if I could. I used to come here every Saturday as a Puerto Rican, but the customer service is appalling. I celebrated my birthday on a show night, which I was unaware of, but I still paid the $35 entrance fee. The vibe was completely different from a usual Saturday, so I quickly approached someone to ask if I could get a refund since I didn't plan to spend the night there. I was told to speak to Miguel, the manager, and I waited for him. However, he didn’t acknowledge me, make eye contact, or apologize for the misunderstanding; instead, he simply told the bouncer assisting me that there would be no refunds—too bad, so sad. The venue isn't worth the money, and the customer service is seriously lacking. I wouldn't recommend this place; there are better and cheaper options elsewhere.

The bartenders are not only skilled but also charming. The music is great, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Overall, it's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

It's a solid choice among restaurants. The music selection is quite good, and there are plenty of drinks with some great deals. While it can get crowded, the atmosphere is enjoyable.

First time here! It was fun! Wasn’t planning on going out last weekend but last minute invites landed me here in VIP with some Filipino and Samoan friends!
