This is by far the best cup of coffee in Central Texas. He is an artist when roasting coffee beans. Always fun to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about the beans, roast and brewing process. Only place we will get coffee from. He brings out flavors from the beans all others hide(burn the bean).
If you need somewhere to focus in get some work done with the best coffee in Central Tx . This is always the place to be
Great little coffee shop. 1st time here, staff was very friendly/helpful. I ordered a Columbian coffee whick came out with the perfect amount of cream and sugar. Warm and inviting inside, with a few chairs and tables outside as well. Great place to meet up with a few friends.
This used to be my favorite coffee shop when I moved here, but not anymore. The owner, Joe lacks good consistent customer service. If you're in a bad mood, you shouldn't be making that known to your customers. If you're busy talking on the phone in the office, you shouldn't make someone feel like they interrupted you when they walk to the counter to order, as if you're too busy to do your job. You choose to be open, if you're busy in a meeting or something then close. One of your biggest problems is that you don't know how to admit that you need help. You're trying to run a business, have another job, and run a coffee farm in Costa Rica all at the same time, all while you refuse to hire someone. That's why you're constantly late opening up, or decide to not to open certain days with little or no notice. You need help running the shop. The inconsistency and your bad moods are what's going to kill your business. I'm just disappointed. You need to do better. Good luck!
