Hunan Palace - Harker Heights

We should have taken the “No refunds” hand written sign as a sign to not eat there. We didn’t smell food being cooked. We were the only ones there. Before we left we checked our food and it didn’t look like any Chinese food we’ve ever seen. We think they laundering ? cause there’s no way. Waste of $60 dollars. Nothing was edible, so we just threw it away.

Used to be my go to but this place is horrible now. My food was completely inedible. The shrimp were dry and shriveled, and the (what was supposed to be)sauce was primarily composed of burned garlic and red chili peppers.

This place is absolutely trash. The meat was dry and had no flavor. We asked for dinner plates (3) and apparently they don’t come with rice or egg rolls either? 10/10 don’t recommend, no matter how desperate. Trash af

HORRIBLE service! They forgot half our take out order and had an attitude about it when we went back to get the items. Very unprofessional management; they were discussing employees in front of customers. The place looks run down and disgusting (broken windows, dirty floors, unclean environment overall). We will not be back!

Always friendly with great money saving specials daily. Great place to eat.
