Jack In The Box - Harker Heights

I had a disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box. I ordered curly fries but was served regular fries instead. When I asked the young staff member to change my order, she refused to assist me.

I stopped at this restaurant on my way home from work around 2:30 PM. The young lady at the drive-thru was rude, which immediately raised my concerns. I placed my order and pulled forward, but while waiting in the back, I noticed that the guy cooking didn't wear a hairnet or gloves. It was disturbing to see that no one in the entire facility was following proper hygiene practices. I will be reporting this to the health department on Monday. The lack of cleanliness and adherence to regulations is unacceptable.

I've always been a fan of Jack in the Box, but this location is my favorite! Ordering tacos with extra salad seems like a straightforward request, but somehow they always manage to get it right here. The staff is friendly and consistently delivers excellent service. Keep up the great work!

I'll start by saying I rarely leave negative reviews, however I'm hoping this review well educate the staff and encourage them to step it up. I ordered a cheeseburger with no mayonnaise. I notice a spot of Mayo on the lettuce so I opened it up at first glance I didn't see any Mayo so I thought hmm odd. Looking closer I notice the Mayo had been wiped off the bun and ketchup put over it. You can see the cream on the wholes and grooves of the bread. This was just pitiful to me. What if I didn't catch it and has an allergy. To add we ordered two sprites. One had an orange tinge not sure why but I couldn't drink it after seeing that someone thought it was ok to wipe Mayo off and serve the burger. Yuck!

I ordered food for myself and all members of my family. It didn't take to long to get. The young lady at the window was really nice and helpful. When I opened my sourdough burger I was just disappointed that I didn't take a picture of it. The burger was picture perfect, like the picture you see on the billboard. Not only was it a good looking burger, but it was delicious. My husband's was the same way and my children's were the same way. For the first time in a long time I'm actually shocked to get that kind of service and quality out of a fast food restaurant.
