Mcdonald's - Harlingen

This McDonald's on 77sunshine strips in Harlingen is a good customer service, the frits are 95% of the time hot n fresh, the burgers could be much hotter fresh from the grill, but it's always good? Food: 4/5

I hate this McDonald's! Your employee customer service is really sucked! You don't hear what you order, and they don't do it right either. This place has been messing up for a long time. You can't even call because the phone is out.

McDonald's doesn't always get it right, but this particular location has been on point last year or so. I'm not a fan, but my son, niece and nephew love it. The ride through is very efficient and friendly. I love it when I put a ride through the order and don't have to descend to correct it. Go on. Food: 5/5

Worst McDonald in Harlingen. It took 30 minutes to get my Curbside order out and as soon as I got it, it was cold as if it was sitting there and the whole girl could say was “cheap”. Terrible service, seriously don't know how they expect to pay more than minimum wage if they don't have action or pride on what they do.

I hate writing bad reviews but this has happened to me twice. I use the mobile order app and both times. I've had to wait around 30 minutes and walk inside to get my order which is sitting on the counter BOTH times! I've used the apps at other locations but I've never had to get out of the vechile and go inside to pick it up. Something has to change very disappointing.
