Whataburger - Harlingen

Most of the time we pick up, but still in the end have to wait almost 20 minutes. Apart from the fact that we have to wait, only about all the time order is wrong or something is missing and we have to wait another 10-15 minutes. I mean, for the increased prices, at least a decent service awaits. Food: 4/5

The order lasted too long! Apparently, they forgot to drop the basket of 3 peach chicken combo down. Had to wait more than expected. They concentrated more on the trip thru than lobby. It is definitely worth waiting for his Whataburger, but far understated:

Gracie O. I would say it wasn't professional. I order how I order that I will be cut off. I go to the order and move into the first window and the cashier had a bad attitude. Someone must teach the girls manners and customer service

Everything was great coffee was cold, but asked for a fresh coffee and they did it for me.Food: 5/5

24 hours drive through says always open but right after the you order, the lanes merge making it the same as if it was a single lane. Purpose defeated...Food: 5/5
