Kaz's Lounge - Harlow

It is such a shame as the food was delicious. Our friends are very regular customers. We had our starter in a timely manner but waited an hour and a half after that for out main course. The excuse, there was a big party in. People came in after us and got served before us. We feel priority was put on the delivery which seemed to go out at least every five minutes.. Sorry but we have been to zaiika in Epping which is much busier and the service is next to none . Don't forget your regulars as they are the real face of your business not the occasional work do bookings. You really let our friend down.

As a local resident, my family and I visit Kas frequently. The food quality, relaxing ambiance, and service are always top-notch. Don't let the exterior of the restaurant deter you from dining here.

The menu at this restaurant is very extensive and we thoroughly enjoyed every dish we tried. The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. Thank you very much. We are excited for our next visit.

Really disappointed this evening. Normally have really wonderful food NFirstly my daughter ordered a king prawn dish. She has not eaten meat for years. This prawn dish on menu did not state it contained lamb mince. So it appeared to be perfectly fine for vegetarians and pescatarians. She took a mouthful. And was so sick and upset. This is certainly not good enough kaz. And a refund of 12 pound is certainly not good enough. Also the missing onion bhaji. Which we received half an hr after we had finished our meal. Did not go down well. This has caused so much upset .

The staff at Kaz's was amazing and the variety of dishes, including authentic Indian food, makes me want to return soon.
