Kfc - Harlow

How KFC can allow a franchisee such as this to continue to operate baffles me . Totally disorganised process of ordering and payment and the sight of the idiot at the collection window prompted me to cancel my order and get a refund . Avoid this place at all costs .

Went to KFC used the drive through around 4pm on a Sunday it was very quiet only about 4 vehicles in front. Order taken politely and drove round to pay and collect food this is where it started to go wrong had to park up as no chicken was informed it would be 5 minutes, 15 minutes later when everyone who parked up after us had there food we were eventually given ours, ordered 2 fillet burger boxed meals which arrived with everything thrown into one very small paper bag with items missing. Went inside to get my missing items and the staff were so very very rude and with a couldn’t be bothered attitude every time I tried to speak to someone I was ignored. Eventually someone spoke to me and my missing items were handed over. Food cold and the chips were disgusting cold and undercooked. The beans which were missing were disgusting looked liked they had been there all day they were dry and stuck to the bottom of the pot in one lump, I looked for a use by time and there was nothing one on the pot, I’m not surprised!!!! All in all a complete waste of money. Never again!!!!

I called into the drive thru on Monday 7th June at approximately 1200, mid-day. I ordered a 6 piece bucket only. When we went to eat it we were very disappointed. The chicken was dry and the taste was lacking. I won’t be returning to this outlet. I notice the 28 reviews recorded a very low score. I’m not surprised.

Ordered here a few times and every time it either has missing items or wrong items. I don't bother anymore with this restaurant. Clearly they struggle to read the orders.

Fresh chicken. Very friendly team. Always happy to help and answer for extra questions. The food here is just fantastic
