Being disabled makes life difficult but the staff there are so helpful carry your food coffee yo a table for you with a smile excellent

They do my favourite Hot Chocolate drink with marshmallows and cream on the top!!! Yayyy.

The customer service team was truly commendable today. I won't go into specifics, but I had a rough day, and something I ordered didn’t go well. However, they did everything they could to rectify the situation. There was also an issue with the payment machine outside, and they were very informative about it. As I was leaving, a friendly staff member chased after me to present me with flowers from the team to brighten my day.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially the manager. He carried our tablet for us, assisted us in selecting the perfect sandwich box, and even helped the children settle in with kind and cheerful smiles!

I absolutely love this restaurant! The manager is always friendly, the food is delicious, and the music creates a cozy atmosphere.
