Starter’s And Grill Eastland

My girls and I did a “Galentines” day back in February we came to this location I go in to put our names on the wait list the hostess said it’ll be about 30 40 minute wait ok cool literally to me that’s like a 1 1 1/2 but I’ll wait I like starters time done came and went ppl are coming and going I go in to see why no one has called to let us know our table is ready the girl isn’t there at the host desk and my name is crossed out I’m the manager owner or whoever the guys were asked me what the problem was I explained to them what was going on they basically blew me off and told me they couldn’t seat us like really we had been waiting for the longest time it wasn’t our fault the young lady wasn’t on her job and gave someone else our table but they could have reassured us that were us they couldn’t accommodate us I’m just disappointed with the whole situation like we literally waited all night just to we couldn’t eat there... ‍‍

I literally here all the time Mike is awesome and very friendly.

Waited 10 minutes for the security guy to seat us. Then waited an additional 35 minutes for no one to greet us give us drinks or something. Kitchen mgr comes out at our request to let us know he'll take care of us. An additional 10 minutes goes by before a server goes to a table of a group that came 20-25 minutes after us BEFORE US??!! Ridiculous!! We had to leave after that. Will not return there.

They didn't have noodles and the pepper steak I settled for was not good at all

Good food for a good price, food always comes out hot. Now closed for low staffing.
