Don't go wups when you lick on scoops!. Not to be an ice cream person, this can be a first for me to say, but – this is the best Darn house / shop made ice cream I've ever had! Kohr brothers in the OC Brag of theirs, but that's it. Nice people too! Enjoyable, delicious and refreshing to the last leak! Some benches nearby, or the umbrella tables are an option – or just walk around the city stickin’ to your leak’.

Scoops ice cream. I think it's one of the better ice places in Harper's Ferry, and the steak burgers are freshened as you order and they are so tender and melt in your mouth, I'm not a meat eater and I get it whenever I go. It and many flavors of this very delicious ice cream to choose, usually the homemade flavors sell very fast, and the staff are very nice and very helpful with Park Info etc...also dog friendly. You can get quite a lot to do, but the food is worth waiting and you can sit and enjoy the view while you wait. It only takes a few minutes. They could not have a better dining atmosphere, as far as the view, simply beautiful, with outdoor seat under parasols. I highly recommend this place!

Hershey's ice cream!! But I don't think the cows are free and have a healthier diet? I have the strawberry for dog, Lola and Coconut Chocolate Almond for me! The strawberries were large pieces and the Coconut Chocolate Almond is soooo good!! Definitely my favorite!! My other dog, Tilly, just wanted to lick the cup and not interested in the ice. The staff was nice and appealing, but not excessively friendly or welcoming. This seems to be the standard for customer service.

Amazing ice cream and pretty cheap. Highly recommended!
