Jack's - Harpersville

We normally like Jack's, but (at least this Sunday afternoon) this one is a disaster. The dining room is dirty and there is ice spilled all over the floor (slip hazard). Only one person is even attempting to fill the dine in orders and a bunch of us have been standing around waiting for 15+ minutes on food. Also the cashier said they are completely out of napkins? Hope it's not always this bad...

The Harpersville Jacks is really awesome! They let you call ahead and make an order and pick it up.... I know this sounds rather like normal business, but when it's 10:50 and you can't get biscuits and gravy after 11:00 but at long as the order is before 11 they'll let you pick it up later. All the employees are courteous, timely and work hard. They recognize me and usually remember my usual dish etc. Also They keep a great health score. And I love the crushed ice there the best! Thanks Jack's in Harpersville!!

The food was great but ran thru me faster then the Holy Gost on a Church of God Sunday morning service

Ordered an 8 piece chicken nugget and a plain cheeseburger for my kids in the drive through. Received a 2 piece nugget and a cheeseburger with everything. We were on the road before we discovered these gross errors and could not turn around.

Absolutely love their breakfast, they're bacon is out of the world. Gravy is magnificent and the biscuits are so good no words can express how good they are. You would have to come and check out for yourself ?
